<p>I'm gonna hit the hills tonight.  Hopefully this week's Hill run will go better than last week's.  Last week it was hot and humid and I got caught in a downpour.  It's raining again today, but at least it's not as hot.  Hopefully I can slog thru 10+ miles...</p>

<p>I still have three pairs of Trak Shak "throwaway" gloves that I obtained at the Mercedes Marathon a few years ago.  Before long, it'll be cool enough out that I'll need to start using them again...</p>

<p><span style="color:#006400;"><strong>Maria</strong></span>, that elevation profile is nasty!  The nastiest ones I've encountered were in Wyoming (top) and South Dakota (bottom) last year.  (I think SD has a little glitch there between Miles 23 and 24).  But neither of those are anywhere near as bad as Pike's Peak.  Wow!</p>

<p>I had a really nice hill run this evening.  It had stopped raining by the time I started, and the temp was under 70 degrees!  It felt like Fall.  For the fun of it, here's my elevation profile from today:</p>
