My approach to my job search is this. I was not happy at my job. This is the perfect time to explore other opportunities, especially if it is out of my comfort zone. This opportunity on Thursday is way out of my comfort zone. I can't imagine giving recommendations for what I think people can afford to pay for child support, going to family court, going to the jail to interview people. I may come right out and ask why they wanted to interview me. The advertisement for the job just specified a bachelor's degree, didn't say what type.

Colleen, I'm glad your dad is getting his surgery soon. Being that my mom was 3rd generation colon cancer I know how important it is to get the surgery in a timely matter. Why are they worried about his lungs?

I'm having my first colonoscopy on Thursday. My mom got her cancer when she was 55 so her doctor and mine have said I had to go at 35 but I couldn't go last year because of other things so I'm going now. I'm not looking forward to it but I know how important it is!

It's for the Junior League. It is one of our 2 major fundraisers. This year, we raised over $36,000, so the bar was set super high. The night would be all about the speaker. He/she would go to a sponsor dinner to meet the major contributors, then speak for an hour to ticket holders, and finally attend a patron reception. It's a very lovely evening.

Bill Clinton will be 2 miles from my house tonight...a campaign stop for the Mrs. It's free and open to the public. If you leave now, you can just make it

yum!

4 hard-boiled eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
1-pound can salmon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
Small can chopped olives
2 tablespoons minced scallions
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoon walnuts
1 loaf white bread, crust removed and cut into five horizontal layers

Combine salmon with mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, olives, pimentos, etc. Spread this concoction between the layers of bread as you would a sandwich filling. Finish by “frosting” the outside of the loaf with cream cheese. Slice vertically with a bread knife while suppressing your gag reflex.

I was just curious. At the mall this morning I saw a boy... maybe 15?... I don't know. I suck guessing age, but he was young, and he had both ears tattoo'd, an eye brow bar thing, and tattoos all around his neck. Chinese characters and a dragon-y thing and what not.

From looking at him and listening to him speak he could not have been more than 16.... I dunno... I got my ears pierced when I was 12, but there's no way my parent's would have let me do any of the rest of that...

runaway and fast!
No, I am just kidding. Good luck on the interview, you might find a complete 180 refreshing... PM me if you have any questions, I don't work in that area, but I know people that do, so I can find out the answers.

Congrates Beaker and Mr Beaker on one year!

so many other things I wanted to comment on but outta time!

I'll have to download the camera soon, and see if there are any post-able shots in there...
