Good morning. I was waiting for Millbot to put in an appearance. Looks like he slept in a bit today as his run wasn't until 0514. Tsk Tsk.<br><br>

Ooops, meant to tell Sierra thanks for putting the Dreadful Thread into the shoebox archives! Thanks to Millbot too. We sure don't want to lose that gem.

I had an invigorating 4.5 mile run in a blizzard after work. Came home and did one straight armed plank for 2 minutes. I've never timed my planks before. In yoga, we hold for a certain number of breaths. What's the recommended time you should aim for?<br><br>
