I'm back down. So that is good. If I could keep from regaining it, that would be even better.

I lost the half pound I gained last week.

I am still doing really good, but starting to be concerned about it being too good. I have had some workouts effected by maybe too little calories. Trying to find a good balance between loosing weight and training. I started keeping a food diary at http://www.fitday.com/. Really easy to use. Seems I am averaging about 1500 calories per day.

Started this year at 166.8
This week: 155.4

I just made an appointment with a nutritionist/Exercise Physiologist. She willl test my body fat, look at my weight goals, training volumes, etc etc and help come up with a plan. I am looking forward to it.

I was shocked to see myself down 2.2lbs from last week given a big drop two weeks ago. I am close to having lost 10lbs since 1/1. 5 more to go to reach my short-term goal and 20 more to go to reach my long-term goal.

1/1: 225
3/2: 215.2 [-9.8]

Goals:
4/28: 210
8/11: 195

Keep it up, y'all!

Keep up the good work everyone!

Hey Dougie - Wanna race? We weigh about the same. See who sees the 200's go bye bye forever first? Just for fun - no wagering - I'm broke! ~J9

Sure. I am always up for a good race!

You might have an advantage however. I haven't been under 200lbs in about 20 years . I am not sure if it will even be possible. I am 6'4". The lowest I've been in the past 20 years is 202 even in the best of shape. However, I plan to be in even better shape than that so who knows.

I'd sure like to see what it would feel like though.

BRING IT ON!

236, which means still +2

The one bright spot to this week - down 1 lb! Go figure, take a week off of training and lose a pound. (I can really only claim it as a1/2 lb loss total, since I was down then up, and now down a little more).
1/1/08 - 132
3/7/08 - 128

I'm actually down a pound this week. Body fat % is about the same, but it may be a little lower than the past few weeks. That is a good thing. I'm just now getting into my tri training, so we'll see what happens. I'm not really trying to lose weight, just fat, but I'll take the weight as well.
