I say definitely get it, if work is offering it free. After getting the flu horribly for a couple weeks at a time in my 20's , I worked for companies who offered flu shots & got them. Last year my kids got flu shots, because of me having asthma. (that put them in a category of needing them). I didn't get one, but I think they protected me.

Found out the company that I work for offers free flu shots. So, I got one yesterday..<br><br>
