Some cooler weather going on out there .... good for running.<br><br>
This morning I rode my bike to crew for Mrs hup in our local half M. She ran better than she expected to run. I'm proud of her!<br><br>

Once we got home, I went out for an easy 45 minutes on my own in a steady drizzle.<br><br>
