<p>..........didn't feel like a streetrun today, but since I USUALLY don't feel like it lately that</p>
<p>was nothing new.</p>

<p>tried at 10-min out-and-back......</p>
<p>......1minute into it, my damn hipflexor wrap came undone</p>
<p>and I had to re-wrap on the street on the outside of my shorts which made me feel foolish.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>.......the first hill I came to I had to walk up, but since I was doing a 4/1 it didn't seem like a big deal</p>
<p>.......but it started to hurt when I pushed off,</p>
<p>...........then a friggin' little dog got behind me and yapped while I was trying to adjust my strides, and WOULDN'T back off</p>
<p> </p>
<p>......about 10-minutes into it, I was in trouble,,,,,,,,dropped the cane and started painfully</p>
<p>making my way back to the house...</p>
<p> </p>
<p>at 15minutes</p>
<p>Pickles drove by going to work, rolled down the window and said ''you look strange''</p>
<p> </p>
<p>GREAT, I needed that.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>got home feeling like a moron for even trying to run</p>
<p> </p>
<p>and the quad has been hurting like hell ever since//////</p>
<p> </p>

<p>they say Arthritics will avoid exercise due to anticipation of the pain.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>today</p>
<p>I can understand that.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>=======</p>
<p>I will analyse my mistakes,</p>
<p>reset my clock so to avoid the LARGE number of cars I had to deal with,</p>
<p>try a more level route</p>
<p>and see if I can figure out a different stride.</p>

<p>but at the moment I am just Digusted......</p>
