Sorry Timr but your guys made me say a few choice words or should I say my guys made me say a few choice words. Needless to say the very first thing I did was say, Uncle R, can I borrow your computer I have a hotel to book! Coming your way Nov. 30th Beth YAY! I like the pic of Saban hugging Dorsey on ESPN. Though it looks like you still had a great day this morning with your race, Tim, excellent time. Please send me the 5K info also, if you will sir. I'm feelin' LSU running shorts in B-ham or maybe pants if it's freezin'

And down goes BC..... so sad. But, was glad to see the Duck win, nice one.

Voo great run!

BigG You brought up something I need more info about ITBS. I've started experiencing pain in the left lower area by my knee and the trainer said that's because my ITB is starting to heal that sometimes happens... is that correct? It sounds a bit odd to me. When do you know it's starting to heal and should I be having pain intermittently in other areas of my knee? Any thoughts on this anyone?

B-ham The only days I've gotten any good sleep this entire year was when I stayed at hampton Inn's so I can assure you when I go to B-ham I'm booking a Hampton Inn. I think my goal for this is the 5K and to hang out and meet whoever makes it there. I'm not sure what my knee is gonna be like in the next few weeks and I don't want to push it too much. I'd like to slowly build to better races.

Great pics and time EQ
