morning Peeps<br><br>
Got to meet the cutie patootie <b>EQ</b> last night! Mandy, gave him a squeeze for you! I ended up being at work later than I wanted and no manner of rushing got me to the North Sta to meet him any earlier than the damn T was gonna take, but he was there and waiting for me. We headed over to the bar and met up with some other peeps, incl <b>Notey</b> and <b>Drgenie</b>, who will be with us in Philly. Good fun!<br><br>
Might run today if I can...and if I do, I might run again tomw. Can someone tell me where to move my training log? I got notice about the CR/Active transition today and I need to take care of that.<br><br>
My race photos are up from Monday...and I will NOT be posting any. *sigh* Evidently I live in an imaginary world where I'm not so fat, have long legs, and look good in a hat. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad2.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="sad2"><br><br><b>QOY4</b>: Well, I like to think my eyes, but now that I wear my glasses most of the time, I don't think it's as common. we will not discuss the fact that I just boiled over the cocoa I was making, thereby cutting my delicious chocolately goodness by a third, and necessitating immediate cleaning procedures be done to the stove top, burners and pan.<br><br>

honestly, I thought you were supposed to use silk scarves for that...not that I know.
 
No reaper...just a woman who looked all kindsa hurt on the way up the overpass...so at least in comparison, I looked ok.<br><br>

Howdy peeps. I went out for my run today...longer than Nettie's Condensed Half Marathon Plan proscribed...so my overall mileage for the week was just shy of 11 miles, v. the 8 I was supposed to run. Yay me.<br><br>
Ran just under 3. Most with P. Very east...and a couple breaks to talk to neighbors. 's fine...I just wanted to do the miles.<br><br>
I did a little looking at my running log and found 2 things: 1) my mileage has been low, but I've been more consistent this year than I thought, in as much as I've run a little almost every week, but 2) this week is the first week all year I've run double digits.<br><br>
So...I'm feeling a little better today. Philly will be ok.
 
Nice workout HH!!!! those are some impressive swims you are getting in...weren't you havign a hard time with 500y like a month ago???
