<b>good morning everyone!</b><br><br>
my greeting is way more excited than I feel. I slept like crap and had some more night sweats thingys. Very annoying. Because of this, I did not get up and do my 10 with 5 at pace. I will be doing that after work. blah. I went to the gym yesterday and had a pretty good work out. I am a bit sore today in the chest area though.<br><br><b>Bob</b> - You gave me a startle too! I thought for sure that was THE BABY. Way to wake us up on a Monday morn!!!
 
Oh. I had two of them earlier this summer. Bad reaction to some kind of bug bite. Mine started out looking like a mosquito bite or something similar. Then it started to get swollen and leak. It was disgusting. I also started to get a hot round section around the area (infection). I had to go on antibiotics.
 
The infection spread but that was the big red circle around the area. It was really hot to the touch and symmetrical. I called the tirage nurse line at my clinic and talked through the symptoms. She thought at that point it was a staph infection and told me to come in that day.
 
<b>QOD</b>: I primarily use it for weights. I should be going 2 - 3 times a week but I am only going on my non running day right now - which is Sunday. I have used the treadmill and the bikes there as well. If I can do my cardio outside, I will. sitting on those things drives me up the wall. My gym is a no frills type so there are no classes. I used to belong to a bigger gym that had all the perks but I didn't ever use the extras so why pay for them?
 
wait, doesn't cake have milk, flour and egg in it? Those things are all healthy..so why can't you have cake for dinner? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy">
