I'll see if I can't catch Dougie Fresh...rode 14 miles, lifted, stretched, etc for 29 points (entered).<br><br>
Should be able to average 20-25 points each day this weekend-including bonus for running-whoo hoo!

Well after some naps I got out for my run tonight. Just a short recovery run, but tomorrow will hopefully be a double and I'm hoping for somewhere around 50 pts or so. Saturday will be at least 40 pts, and I'm guessing Sunday will be like 10 since it's my off day. I'm not sure if that will move me up 10 spots, but I really don't think I should try my luck doing any more.

Alex, don't hurt yourself for our team. We have all done what we can and considering we are basically at least two players short we have done pretty well. (Not calling anyone out just assuming a few dropped out since they haven't posted points or updated since week 1.) Just stick to what you feel right doing. No one wants you to hurt yourself and your senior track season for VRAA.
 
Hey Team! Let's keep up the hard work! I plan to run a couple of shorties the next couple days and then a 22 miler on Sunday. We will just do the best that we can. We don't want anyone getting injured trying to earn extra points!
 
yea considering two players have not posted any pts. in weeks we are doing pretty well. The last vraa I did #6 the same thing happened a couple of our team members disappeared and we ended up in the bottom third like we are now. Oh well it's still fun. Maybe Notey and Harry Trotter are just waiting to enter some points?<br><br>
Anyway, 8 miles for me this morning and played 40 minutes of soccer last night to add to my earlier total. Good training to all.<br><br>

Mikey & Mailbox- I brought in 101 points today (triple digits for the first and only time!). I know...you guys are always bringing in the points! I ran 22 miles today (last long run before Boston), walked, stretched and earned some bonus points!<br><br>
OK team, let's see what we can do this week. We are in the home stretch!

Great work Rainerun. Wish I could say the same. Sorry, but I ran my 18 miler on some pretty mean hills Saturday and had to cut my Sunday run to just 3. I'll try to make up for it this week.<br><br>
Did everyone remember their 5 bonus points for running this weekend?
 
Looks like Notey is back along with Harry Trotter. I noticed they both scored a bunch of points too!!<br>
