Good Morning. I got up early and did 60 minutes on the bike. Today is my normal crosstraining day and I am trying really hard not to panic about missing yesterdays 9 mile run. I hope my foot feels well enough tomorrow to do my planned 4. DD has to be at the dentist for 8am so we are all going to be up early.<br><br>
Suds - Nice work. You know, you could surpise us one day and NOT work out!<br><br>
Ty - Have a nice walk. You obviously need the rest so enjoy it.<br><br>
Heather - nice job on the 9 and push ups!<br><br>

I totally pulled a muscle in my back last night. I rolled over in bed while sleeping and pulled something. I'm sure it will feel better in day or two. Listen to me - I am falling apart over here. I think I need to start getting more rest - going to bed at 11 and getting up at 5 is taking it's toll I think.<br><br>

Hi Lee! Nice job getting to work on time! Have a great 5 later. I was watching the news while I rode the bike, it is going to start snowing tonight and turn to rain and isn't supposed to stop raining until THURSDAY afternoon. WTF!

Lee-hope you have a great run later! DD temp is 99, but her throat is still sore and since she didn't eat much yesterday,I'm keeping her home today.<br><br>

I'm headed to the pool again for at least 50 laps (2500yds). Definintely calling the doctor today. DH is kinda making me feel guilty about wanting to see the doctor. Not on purpose exactly, but he keeps saying, "well, what are they going to tell you that you don't already know?"<br><br>
Anyway, I'm saying screw that and calling. I am still in a lot of pain. I did some research on what it could be - a meniscus or patellar tendon tear looks like the worst case scenario. Probably not a tear, but worth getting checked out.

Freezing rain, ice pellets, snow and rain in the forecast sometime today.. I'm prepared to run on the TM for the rest of the week if it need be.. I'm so sick of this weather.. I have 5 miles with long hills today and I'm running on the TM while watching something good on TV... Screw the weather!<br><br>
Today is Tuesday.. so I'm interested to see if we'll get that cable dissconnection again... I'm on the watch... with the baseball bat
 
Good morning! Rest day for me so that means... crunches and other ab work when I get home tonight. Glad it's a rest day. It's been raining all night and it's supposed to rain all day today. By tomorrow, it will be clear and sunny again.<br><br>

Good Morning Andi!! I don't know how you do everything that you do.. Your schedule needs to ease up, you're doing way too much. Can't DH take some of the hockey responsibilities off of you so that you can relax sometimes? I hope that foot heals well... and the shoulder too. Last week I slept bad and my shoulder was killing me for days.. that sucks.<br><br>
