AM - A trivial 5 miles
PM - Not sure yet

Since just 2 months ago I was running 15 miles a week, I guess I should be very encouraged that I can run 5 miles and call it trivial. But I'm in a wierd spot with training right now, with life having gotten extremely busy. I'm just doing runs on autopilot, and stressing about when or if I'll be able to squeeze in the next run. I've done an unusual amount of very slow running this week as well, which I don't enjoy a whole lot.

I was planning 9 miles later today, but I may hit the track instead just to mix it up a bit and do something a little more exciting.

Well I got to run today so I didn't explode.
Just 4 miles with some walking and XT.

Tomorrow will be exciting.
A number of trail runners are converging on then running out of Damascus.
Sundry directions, loops, various paces. 3-4hrs for the faster ones
I'll need to get an hour and half head start to keep up with this crowd.
Plus these ribs are still bothering me.
Pre-St Paddy's Day Party afterwards.
Thunderstorms are in the forecast.
And I haven't a thing to wear.

SS -- Loved that dinosaur cartoon! I sent it to my 16-year-old son, the resident engineer of our family. Hopefully he'll be OK with seeing it on 3.15... and inappropriate rounding won't blow any of his exacting gaskets....

......I love it............easy running to ya oldschool/////
