Man our team thread really died out lol. Come on guys...we're definitely still hanging in there!

Wow I just checked the standings again and things have drastically changed since last night...The lead teams went form like 200+ above us to now to over 300! I really wish it wasn't so complicated to check what people's levels are supposed to be because it seeems like some teams are a bit overloaded at the moment. There's still a long way to go in this thing though....be tough!

I was also reading through some other team's threads to see their secrets when I stumbled across that snowboarding/skiing is being counted as alternative exercise so whoever went skiing in Canadia last weekend should try and remember your time since it's one pt every 3 minutes.

Yeah Alex. Some teams seem to have a member or two going a little above their committed levels. I'd bet it will level out a little bit after the initial rush from starting a new round. (I won't call anyone out on sandbagging because that was me last round)

I got in a good swim today for 17 pts (I already posted in the daily thread and the points database). I agree with Mailbox Head...I am thinking that once the initial excitement of the first week wears off things will even out. I am guilty of over doing it a bit last week too . Keep up the good work Team D!

Well, I biked (stationary) for 30 min instead of the planned 45. I'm "bonking" a lot lately, and I know it sounds stupid to bonk on a stationary bike, but I also lifted 15 min plus abs/stretch for 10 min so total of 15 points today. sorry! I should be able to get in consistent activity for the next few days-isn't that what it's about?

If skiing is considered "alternative" then does that mean I can count my Monday night Flag Football game too?-if other teams are going to stretch the definitions then we should too!

cool! I'll add in the points

Just logging my mileage for tonight, and I realized that as long as I run at least 8 tomorrow (which is less than I plan on going) I'll have my first ever 80 mile week for the first week of the VRAA. I'd love to be able to say that I'll keep that production up, but ti'll likely slip a bit from there.

Come on team, you can do it! Already posted today's numbers

I filled out Moon's questionaire...I don't know if anyone else did though.

Mailman - I'm heading to a small D3 college up by the Twin Cities. My brother went there as well and when I was on his campus tour with him I decided I also liked the school!
