I didn't get 9. My legs are fine but the rest of my body is not. So, I invested my workout in a lot of walking and stretching and very little running to get 6 in.<br><br>
I'm alone in the office today, so I'm trying to catch up with my mess.<br>

I just tore through the kitchen trying to bring it to a spotless condition.. LOL.. with the kind of steam that's coming from my ears, by the time I get on my TM, it will be one continuous speed interval for the entire 5 miles...
LEE--I really want to do the RI M--but just wont be ready this year--maybe after my A race in June I can train for the Newport one in Oct? I think it would be a beautiful site to do that one! ---I am either biking 15miles or swimming later tonight? I should swim since I didnt swim last week and will only get to swim 1 this week, if I dont tonight--but we will see....
