Good Morning Jen!! Enjoy your run!!

Amber-I'd say shoveling counts! That's hard work.

Monika-have a great 6 later.

cho-I love the LHR training. I really think it helped me come back from my back injury and be able to run without it hurting.

no love from Johnny or Amber

oh I forgot to say our house got hit by lightening blew out the light over the
sink and ruined 2 tv's dh and dd7 were getting ready saw the flash of light
and a huge crash yesterday morning. poor dd was crying she was so scared.
I know kitty had that happen so I' wondering if home owners will cover the Tv's?

I just read last night's thread... I had no idea there was so many communities in US with HOA... In Canada the only time somebody can tell you what to do with outside of your house is if you buy condo or live in the heritage area... I can't even wrap my head around the issue that Rogue is dealing with... that's just plain crazy..

Johnny- I just talked to dh and he said we have the $500 deductible
It's funny we were talking about t.v in the bedrooms yesterday so now
looks like dd7 won't have one and neither will we. I was concered with
our flat screen downstairs but that one was fine thank goodness.

LEE--sorry sweetie--I went by memory and didnt see your name below---pleeze forgive me --sorry about the lightening--that sucks!!---we lose power a lot (not more lightening) and I have had to replace my internet card on my pc more than once--so now when I think we are going to lose power I unplug my pc--but NEVER thought of the TM--yikes! --I also keep meaning to ask about the foster care kids--do you have any or hopes of any soon?

Suds, I went to the effort based TM chart and 7:30 pace at a 10% incline is equivalent in effort to about 5:44 pace on flat ground... 5:44 pace for 1/4 mile is AWESOME!

Here's the link to the Effort based TM Chart in case anyone's interested: http://www.trinewbies.com/run_treadmill_chart.asp

I'll be putting in around 5-6 tonight, hopefully outdoors.

Good morning!

Today is a rest day. I did 4 on the TM last night.

DS6 is staying home one more day, but he is sooooooooo much better. Now dd4 is sick - I'm going to get tamiflu for her today. I should have done that in the first place, I guess.

Lee ~ Damn that sucks about the lightning!! And your run last night sounds like quite the adventure!
