Here is a portion of an e-mail that I got from the race director for the G'boro M and 1/2M:<br><br><i>The water stations are located every 2 miles and will offer at each station water, Gatorade, and energy gels (Hammer Gel). At the last 5 stations, we will offer fruit, pretzels, and have first aid/medical assistance available.<br><br>
We have porta johns throughout the course (I'll get the list of where to you soon) and we will have finisher medals for all marathoners and half marathoners. There is a difference in the Marathon and Half Goodie Bags, but not too much. Marathoners get an actual canvas bag and a few extras, but all runners get a great running shirt and hat.</i><br><br>
