SISU - you DO have a lot to report. You know we worry about you and want to follow your recovery along. You are a smart runner, with incredible base and fast too. One thing that I admire about you is that when you have to take care of yourself, you actually do it. When you need to rest, you do. When you need PT, you do. When you are allowed to run, you do. You seek the root of your problem to fix whatever is causing it. You are NOT a whiner. It's different from being hurt, not following/respecting a recovery plan and then playing poor me. You don't do that and I am sure your way of dealing with your injury will teach us a lot, besides the main fact that we want to see you winning every single battle of this war. Now, that being said, GET YOUR ASS BACK IN HERE.

NICOLE I'm really sorry DD had a bad puking stretch last night. how is she now? Did you and her get any sleep? I saw you are already trying the teaspoon of Pedialyte trick. That's a smart one. I'd say even if she is not keeping it, try to give 5ml (1tsp) every 10 minutes or so. Have you tried to mix it in a tiny bit of Gatorade. I find that DD accepts the taste of it better. Besides that, I'm sure her doctor will have much more to suggest. Keep us posted.
