yeah... I was going to walk to get the fluids moving, but decided to use my time to do more reading on the topic. I wish some crazy scientist would be willing to use me for research
I may take a light walk at lunch time.
My muscles feel really well. No exercise soreness. But my left side still hurts with something that feels like a pinched nerve or a cranky tendon. I'll give it a couple of days to work itself out, but I may need my super Jason to check it... It could be a result for all the misalignment he was working on last Friday.
can you tell I'm in rambling mode?

SISU - you DO have a lot to report. You know we worry about you and want to follow your recovery along. You are a smart runner, with incredible base and fast too. One thing that I admire about you is that when you have to take care of yourself, you actually do it. When you need to rest, you do. When you need PT, you do. When you are allowed to run, you do. You seek the root of your problem to fix whatever is causing it. You are NOT a whiner. It's different from being hurt, not following/respecting a recovery plan and then playing poor me. You don't do that and I am sure your way of dealing with your injury will teach us a lot, besides the main fact that we want to see you winning every single battle of this war. Now, that being said, GET YOUR ASS BACK IN HERE.

NICOLE I'm really sorry DD had a bad puking stretch last night. how is she now? Did you and her get any sleep? I saw you are already trying the teaspoon of Pedialyte trick. That's a smart one. I'd say even if she is not keeping it, try to give 5ml (1tsp) every 10 minutes or so. Have you tried to mix it in a tiny bit of Gatorade. I find that DD accepts the taste of it better. Besides that, I'm sure her doctor will have much more to suggest. Keep us posted.

Ty-glad you're getting some rest! I wouldn't be able to walk if I ran as much as you!

Morning. I've been MIA this weekend. I want to read some RR's... will try to go back and do that later...

I rode 50 miles on the bike yesterday - 30 of it was with DH on his new road bike! It was really fun to ride with him. My ass hurts though.

Going out for a Run of Undetermine Length this morning. Depends on how my knee feels. It felt great after my run on Saturday. I guess I am one of those "poor me" people that Ty was talking about in her post to Sisu this morning. I'll keep my mouth shut about it from here on out. I go back for more torture... I mean Graston/ART... today.

((((Nicole and DD3)))) - How is she this morning? Both my girls did that at that age and scared me to death. The doctor had me give a tiny shot of water every 15 minutes to prevent dehydration and absolutely no food. DD1 puked for 5 days straight...she was dry heaving and puking her stomach acid. She was in the hospital many times. I asked the doctor how can she go so many days without food and he said they could go weeks and be fine. I was floored. But she only went 7 days without food. Back to the water....after she was finally able to stomach the water, he said to give her flat sprite in the same dose every 15 minutes. She finally got better after 6 days and she was herself again. I should post a picture of DD1 the day life came back into her. I was soooooo releaved. But she had lost so much weight, she looked different.

Sorry for the rambling. I guess I was trying to say for us, water and/or sprite in extremely small amounts every 15 minutes worked for us.

With DD#2, one time she threw up so much, we took her to the doctors, and they put something up her butt. She didn't puke again.

bad. I took pics and am doing some research. I found an e-mail address of a doc who wrote an article about it and will try my luck sending him my "drama" report w/ pics. Bottom line is, ADH or not, I need to find a way to regulate this sodium crap.
