Hey everyone. I am back from ART/Graston (aka torture, lol). I am even more bruised than before - the huge one is still there and then I have even more. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> That is TOTALLY OK with me!!<br><br>
The GREAT news is that she said I will be able to run my HM on March 15 with no problem!!! I am only allowed to run 2 times per week for the time being, but I can make them long runs if I want to. I can bike, swim, and do the elliptical all I want. So, today's 4.7-miler is one, and then I get one more - I'll do an 8-miler sometime this week and a 6-miler and a 10-miler next week. Then that will be it until the race! I will probably not PR, but oh well. After the race, I'll re-evaluate and see where I am with the knee. If I have to take some more time off after the race, I will. She thinks we can lick this, though. And then we will tackle my PF.<br><br>
I am going to swim 30 min and do spinning for 30 min tomorrow morning, and then do weights after work.<br><br>
