I agree, Ky rocks, too. How are your legs/knee feeling today?

Lee-I know just what you mean about feeling not fit enough. It's weird, huh? I think you will have a great M this year, too.

I'm sitting here reading a book and I need to get up and get changed to go run. My legs are feeling tired and kind of sore from being massaged yesterday, so I hope my run doesn't suck.

Lee - I kind of know what you mean about feeling fit. I know cardiovascularly I am good. But I could definately use some help in the strength dept. If I could just make myself lift the way I used to, I would probably be a lot faster. But, like everything else, it takes time and for now I am choosing to spend my time running. lol!

ok legs freaking are sore!! It's from the class I took yesterday-it was cycling and then he'd make us get off the bike and do powersquats and then back on and then back off and so on and so on. It's just like you're saying Andi, cardio was fine, but my thighs are NOT strong. I def need to keep up the strength part.
