Morning/afternoon gang

Dragging here this a.m. Between staying up till 1 am chatting online ( not that Im complaing one bit ) and then getting my ass handed to me in PT, im beat. Definite lunch time nap for me. Only 3 more sessions of PT to go.

Second weekend in a row, ill be lacing up the New Balances and pinning on a bib. Tomorrow is the Multiple Myloma Foundation Run for Research 5k. My BIL's mom asked me to run it and is paying my entry, guess I cant say no. No big expecations, im just going to run/walk it and have a good time.

((((( Litch's Family ))))))

Wish I coulda got in on the hockey conversation yesterday as it is my favorite sport.

As for sports and the NBA, I hate to admit it, but Boston is still the team to beat. Too early to tell with the Shaq trade what the hometown team will do the rest of the season.

You guys are killing me on the beer conversation. I am so beer challenged its not even funny. But I do plan on hitting Bev Mo! tonight and picking up Bard's recommened Stone IPA. Its been one of those weeks and I cant remember the last time I had a beer.

while you're there getting the Stone's IPA, get their Ruination IPA as well.

My mantra every weekend. This weekend we get to participate in a fundraiser for the softball team - cheap bowling Saturday night. I think Tonya is driving home.

I haven't actually tried the Ruination IPA. Or the Double Bastard for that matter. I've been meaning to try them both.

My DD has Asperger's. It's tough at first but once you have a diagnosis then you have a direction. You have people and resources to contact and utilize. It's not just wondering "what do I do? what is wrong? what am I doing wrong?". I'm not gonna lie, I've died a thousand little deaths throughout her lifetime. There's always some new aspect of her life or future that I realize and need to grieve over. But she's also got some great strengths, she works really well with other disabled kids and spends time at her school helping out in the CD room and she's an amazingly talented artist. I encourage all the positives in her life in any and every way I can.

Autism awareness has increased about a hundredfold since DD was diagnosed and there are tons of literature and resources out there.

If he's into numbers - he might make an excellent accountant, since Aspie's are usually very into rules and logical thinking!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Strong vibes to Litch's SIL/Hubby and their kids ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
the Ruination is quite good. Almost time to restock the beer fridge.
Of course the pictures are small enough that you can't see that they are probably covered in snot, but hey.
Eye Dr. this morning, so I am JUST getting to work, and it's nearly 11:00!!! Wow. 5 pages, and I am nowhere near being caught up.
We had grand plans to make it to the show last night, but we seriously have WAY too much going on right now. REALLY hoping it comes out on DVD soon.
A. I agree; 2. Very sorry for those of you dealing with ridiculous cold & snow; but D. SO happy to see the sun here. I ran last night at 9:00, and didn't need gloves or a hat. No wind. 47* out. The bay was GLASS, and the city was gorgeous. Today, I drove to work . . . . wait for it. . . . with my windows down!!! 50* already, with sun baking down on my happy ass. Felt like 65*. So happy.
Precisely my first thought, dude. I thought he washed out a few years ago.
