Again, Too busy for shout outs. GM everyone. Easy 3.26 on the DM at 6:20 am. This is late for me. I work 12 hour nights. Have a good day and be careful in the snow if you have snow like my area.<img alt="icon_salut.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_salut.gif">

It's snowing here this morning. I have 6 miles to run and would like to do it outside, but I'll see how it is in an hour or so. It's snowing here way too much this February.... Grrrrr..

Moni - I hope you get outside for your run. It is snowing here too. February seems to be lasting forever - still one week to go until March. Last night at the mall, all of the spring and summer clothes are out already - damn there are some cute shoes this year!

Good Morning Andi!! Enjoy your rest day. I've been slacking on my core since VRAA stopped too, but at the same time I'm so busy these days that I don't know where to fit extra workout... My life will slow down eventually and I will catch up with my core training. I hear ya about February lasting forever... We have so much snow around here, it's covering all the bike lanes and the roads without bike lanes are now too narrow to run on comfortably...The sides are covered with hard snow and ice.. It's been a bit better in the last few days, so I was able to get out to run on Wed, but if more snow is coming today, it will complicate things again... We all need some spring!!!

Andi-I can't wait to be able to wear sandals!! I seen bathing suits at the mall not too long ago, but bathing suit weather seems so far away!<br><br>

Monika-the powerball(lottery) is up to 115 million, I'm thinking I need to play it, win and then all the RMAD's can go on a tropical vacation together!
