HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYBODY!<br>
Finally this week is coming to an end. I just have to make it through today and I have off tomorrow.<br>
No run this morning, so I'm doing a nice full weight workout.<br>
Hopefully the snow storm they predict will not happen and it will be sunny and warm in the mid 70's. (I can dream, can't I?)

hi Suds... last night we didn't get snow, but got freezing rain when I was picking DD up from school. Today, it's supposed to rain. I'm glad I'm very close to work and school.<br>
I have to run today. My goal for this morning is 7 miles.<br>
Now I have a daily goal that I have to get up to.<br>
It will be at very easy pace.

I just checked the forecast... freezing rain today... sucker. tomorrow looks like promising running weather, though... I will ask DH if he would be willing to go meet me at Umstead with DD, so I can get my full run there and she can get her run in too <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"><br>
looks like it will be around 50s... I can use some grilling/picnic on that weather... we'll see...

You're right, freezing rain is bad. You can drive on snow pretty good, but driving on ice is a whole new ballgame!

I did the elliptical this morning for 40 minutes pain-free. My knee actually does feel better. She said it wouldn't be cured overnight, but it's definitely better.<br><br>

Good Morning Everyone. Running rest day for me. I am planning on doing yoga and maybe upper body tonight. I've been slacking on that since the VRAA stopped.<br><br>
Suds - Nice work this morning. The weater man lied again - they said it would start around 10 and here it is, 7:15, and already snowing. Should be interesting getting home tonight - good thing I work 5 minutes away.<br><br>
