Yup ~ DS6 is now the miserable one. So I guess you had a LONG ASS wait this morning! You are dedicated! Glad it all worked out for ya!

Some of the massage techniques required to work on the piriformis are still technically illegal in many states. I'm not kidding, actually. It all depends on the exact legal definition of "sodomy" in your area.

Most other muscles are easier to access. The piriformis is just really hard to get to.

KKR, glad it's over. Now that it's done, let me tell you. I had my first endoscopy when I was 18. I've had chronic gastritis for several years. They never told me I needed somebody to drive me there and I didn't even know what to expect. Well, they did it cold turkey. Yup. And I thought that it was the way it was supposed to be. And I won't tell more from this point on. Even with all bad, it was good to know what was laying underneath and I was able to find a path to treat it. Nutrition was the way to go.
I'm glad your DD has you as a mom. She will feel the comfort of having you around and that makes all the scary stuff shrink to nothing. Give her a big hug for me.

I'm able to do my rehab exercises, and am starting to get back to incline TM walking, though not that much. For some reason higher inclines hurt less than flat/downhill.

Still hurts like a sumbitch though, especially when I try to sleep.

The kids in your avatar are gorgeous, Heather.

Thank you for all the kind words. I'm lucky to have her for my DD.... she's a really good girl (and sweet too).

Heather.... Are you resting? Glad you got some meds for your kidney infection. I'm sending you speedy "get well" vibes. Don't even *think*about running tomorrow, missy.

John, have them check the tone wheels on the front drive axles. These can crack and give a bad sensor reading when the sensors are ok. If it is that, replaced them with a reman axle, probaly about 100-150.00 for one axle.
