well I did it! I got my butt up at 4:45am and sat in the preschool hallway until 10am to get one of hte last 2 available preschool spots. I was #2 in line. I met some nice people which is good b/c I spent the last 5 hours with them It was freezing but the guy next to me had a thermos of coffee and we got through it. I've never been so happy to have someone take my money before LOL

I want to do a short run or XT/swim but I am really tired right now. I think I'll try to rest some and then go this afternoon.

Johnny! You've got to stop blowing all this money or you'll never get to play with us in May

nothing from Susan or Kathy yet??

ART=Active release technique Graston is similar but I assume named after the man that started it. Sounds like Staci said he has tools where doc Green just uses thumbs and hands.
both are a type of myofascial release therapy, remember when I was telling you to hold the roller over the "spot" and wait 'til you felt a release? that's what they do but where you'll stop when it hurts, the docs won't It really is wonderful to break up all the scar tissue so that the stretches can work their magic.

do 1 warm up, 2 regular pace, 1 a little slower, 2 regular pace and 1 cool down. It'll give you somehting to pay attention to rather than just the monotony of 7. Sucks to be you

I would think he would def be able to help with the hip performis. Mine actually specializes in the lower extremeties and he's a triathelete so he's very familiar with all the usual injuries. Poor thing actually just went through a bout of ITBS and had to drive to VA Beach to have someone do ART on him.

yes it tasted like a regular snickers, maybe with less peanuts, Ihad it with a diet pepsi and still felt no caffeine, of course I'm vey tired so maybe without it I would be asleep? Gotta get ready for drama kids.
