Billy, my day 4 total should be 21 pts vice 29. Otherwise great job.. Its not easy looking through all the posts and keeping the books.

I bet if we had all of IEatHills4Meals points added in we would be in first place

Registrations closed and no walkups There's a limit due to the size of the park/parking restrictions.

I'm sure he would take volunteers though... but that wouldn't help us points wise.

Ok this may not be a 50k trail race but gotta love Ron (the race director of Pretzel City Sports)

I JUST got off the Chilly Cheeks course where I used a high powered leaf blower for 3 1/2 hrs non-stop, which left my right hand shaking so much afterwards that I'm afraid to touch myself; lest I enjoy it too much. Tomorrow, I'll spend another 4 hrs doing the same. Ah, the glamorous life of being a race director! Last year, I had JUST enough time to develop the Chilly Cheeks course and measure it. Now that I've have time to "absorb the bombasticnesss of it all", all I could keep asking myself as I toured the trails was "who is the sadistic mother who conceived this abomination?" , fully well knowing that "I" was the answer. This is a race that many of you should run to just "finish"; the uphills are VERY challenging but are still surpassed in utter silliness by the downhills where you dare not open it up or you run the risk of becoming airborne. If there are STILL people out there that think "how hard can 7.2 Miles be", I think I can honestly say that this event is the hardest one Pretzel City Sports holds, on a per mile basis. Having said that, darn near anyone can finish it but only the fittest of the fit will finish it FAST!

Really makes me want to race it JUST to see how fit I am. Of course that would be risking my marathon training (I twisted my ankle during a 30k trail race that he created as well) and I learned my lesson the last trail race of his that I did.

rocken... nice description...about the race, just keep in mind that there will be some serious partying in NJ
And I meant entertained cuz you are watching all my potential misery first hand.

Oh, I cannot wait for Sunday! Sounds like it's going to be a blast, as well as the beer and german dancers afterwards I'm bringing my camera.
