Hey guys! I hope everyone is still feeling healthy and training is going well. According to the leaderboard we fell back a bit but remember we have some players that don't post every day. I'm confident we are smokin the competition. They just don't know it yet!<br><br>
Keep it up and remember to always go for 4!

I feel like I'm coming down with something, but I am going to drag my weak and sickly a$$ through a few miles of walking and running JUST FOR YOU GUYS!

Haven't run yet because I'm glued to the computer rootin' for my 2 buds Batmomm and Ty. Ty just finished her M at Disney. I think Batmomm did too. WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I'm back from my 9-mile run.<br><br>
I'll do some stretching and crunches before bed and then I'll post my points.<br><br>

For the record, I had no trouble going to, logging into, and being able to edit my totals (though I didn't) on the new site. I'd be for us doing it ourselves and it would seem to save bikegirl a ton of work. That said, we probably need to agree as a team before we go double-posting points. So until I hear I should do otherwise, I'll continue to post in the daily thread.

Hey everyone!<br><br>
We are all supposed to still post in the daily thread BUT if you would like to post your own points in the new scoring system that would be AWESOME! At the end of the day I'll still go back and fix anything that was missed.<br><br>
If you jsut want me to do it, that is totally cool too. Just let me know what works for all of you.<br><br>
I'm so proud of our team. I haven't been able to do much of anything for a few days now so thank you to everyone still making points!<br><br>
I"m hoping tomorrow to be back in the game as well!
 
Actually on the other site we are now way down....I don't know if that's because it includes Sunday or what - now I'm not sure which area I should be paying more attention to. I would think the other site because it updates instantaneously.<br><br>
No matter.....we're still doing great.

My foot is feeling back to normal now that I've switched over to new shoes. The last time I had worn out shoes it was first evident from bruised sesamoids. I guess now I know I should use that as a guide.<br><br>
I took a look at the new scoring site. It's really pretty cool. I'll put my totals in there as well as the daily thread.<br><br>
Speaking of the daily thread - I did 25 mins of cardio, then 35 minutes of strength/stretching, then I capped that off with 2 miles on the TM today.<br><br>

Sorry team about me being AWOL - Rest assured I have been scoring some points each day and I hope to catch up on my posting soon. After getting blitzed for the Packer game on Saturday I worked all day until 11:30 pm Sunday and I am on hour 15 today - I am leaving soon to go get a little run in so I am not blanked today.<br><br>
Low point total looks to continue until Sunday or Monday - Sorry, but work is biting me in the ass!<br><br>
keep it up - I will be at full strength Monday 1-21 - I hope<br><br>

I know that there were several marathoners yesterday from Disney but IDK if that made for the HUGE difference. Plus as everyone is updating and starting to track points over there, some may have double posted. I'm not worried.<br><br>
I feel crummy but I"m going to try to get some points for us tonight. My daughter had the stomach flu and I think I got it. UGH!<br><br>
