Wow, everyone is having a great day. I hope that flounder is taking the opportunity to kick back a little.<br><br>
Didn't get my 4 points in yesterday. Again, work schedule got in the way. I'll try to make up the points this weekend.<br><br>
Just got back from a 4.5 mile run and did 15 minutes of stretching for 21 points. I might try to get some Pilates in later this afternoon. I think I need to back off on the long runs though as my achilles is starting to get grouchy, so I'll probably get more bike miles in this next week and cut my running miles back a bit.<br><br>
