Ran 20.25 miles = 81 points.

Batmomm, from VRAA Team Mmmmmmm, helped me get all 81 points. If it wasn't for her AND her DH (who watched my girls ALLLLL afternoon), I wouldn't have gotten the 81 points.

Thx Batmomm and Bamomm's DH!!!!

Yes please post them to count in the daily thread but feel free to post here also to celebrate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I"m resting today but we are going to dance at the bar tonight. Hopefully I can rack up a few points there!

Shouldn't you be in bed old man??

Better take it easy, wouldn't want you to break a hip.

Thanks Missy. I don't feel like one. I was suppose to run 22 miles and hurt my hip.

But I am totally inspired by you...WTG on your 12 miles with negative splits even. That is awesome. LOL about smoking that guy.

Missy - I ate a TONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN of chips and salsa last night after my run. Oops. I'm sure I had enough for the both of us.

Each and every person on Team O Baby is so inspirational!!! I love Flounder's idea of walking 1 mile a day. Today is suppose to be my rest day, but I think I'm going to walk a mile instead.

OMGosh...thank you for putting it in that perspective. You are sooooo right!

If we are going to win this, we have to win it as a TEAM!!!!!

I know we can all walk a mile!

Thanks Flounder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can stretch it out to 5 minutes per Oreo, that would be 1 point each. Mastication is an alternate workout if done correctly

GO TEAM OREO SUPREMEO!

I'll be doing my core work in an hour or so. I may even throw in some other stuff like walking or indoor biking. My overall conditioning is going to improve by the end of this VRAA just because I'm a nut for getting some points in everyday. Thanks for the motivation challenge and the inspiration. Maybe in a year or two, I'll be racking up half as many points as flounder or Alemma. Team O ROCKS!

I am so proud of all of you.

For me, participating in VRAA the first time around was a huge motivator for me. I ended up with PF in both feet and had to stop running about a week into the competition. My husband bought me a stationary bike and I just biked as much as I could almost every day because I didn't want to let my team down.

It's so wonderful to have such a great team putting in the effort to not only get us closer to our fictional goal to Surf City but the motivation to continue with our workouts and to get stronger and healthier together.

Thank you all for a great workout weekend! Almost everyone as put in over 20 points so far! We also had 2 players with 100+ plus days!

Remember to go for 4 or more!
