Way to go. Glad you are fitday'ing again with us. I should have a good day today. Making some tortellini and TJ's vodka sauce for dinner. I weighed out my little tortelinis even. As of now, i have about 1550 cals for the day, so even with a little evening snackeroo i should be good. Now the scale needs to follow.

I am feeling pretty good today too! Down another 1.5 lbs today! IF I can keep eating like I am,I hope I can continue to lose like this! <img alt="icon_flower.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_flower.gif"><br><br>
Total lost since the first of the year 20lbs, total since right before thanksgiving, 10lbs. Its horrible that I gained that much over the holidays, but at least I am now down to having lost that plus some! <img alt="icon_cheese.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheese.gif">

Truth be told, part of my weight loss is probably due to where I am in my menstrual cycle. (Sorry Notey).<br><br>

Yesterday was a rest day and i broke even, which is not bad for a Saturday. DH had potato chips AND doritos. I ate some, factored them in and am content that i did not do too terribly bad yesterday. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I' still hovering around the same weight, but spring has arrived and I plan on getting more active this week.

Well done, fitday-ers. I had <a href="http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Valacho" target="_blank">chocolate</a> today and I don't care. I'm on track for about my usual 1600/day. With today's activity that I intend to do, I should have around a 500 cal deficit for the day. I hope. I'm not doing too badly.
 
i ate a lot of stacy's bagel chips in the car. Hopefully i did not cause too much damage. When i am not caged up in my office, eating well is very hard.
 
I just updated Fitday for yesterday. <img alt="icon_silent.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_silent.gif"> Holy crap, there are a lot of calories in a single size Numero Uno from Uno's!!! It's a good thing I ran 10 miles yesterday. I still ate over 500 calories more than I burned. The beer at the gathering didn't help either. <img alt="surprised.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/surprised.gif">ops:<br><br>
I still managed to be down. I got under 190 for the first time since starting up again. So far I'm down about 6 pounds.<br><br><a href="http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Notey" target="_blank">Click here to see just how many calories are in a Numero Uno</a>
 
holy shit, and it probably wasn't even that good of a pizza as pizza goes!

Been working at it for too long - I was down to 185 laft fall - got back to 224 this winter - goal weight is 170-175. I am 210 currently - I would be very happy to weigh 195 in 9 weeks at Grandmas marathon -<br><br>
Weigh 180 by August 11 - Either Paavo Nurmi marathon or Runski 10K<br><br>
Weigh 170-175 by October 13 - Whistle Stop marathon.<br><br>
Even if I can get to and maintain 185 over the next bad season(winter) that would be a blessing.<br><br>
I used to be able to lose weight very fast - But I was not training so hard. Now 1# a week - 2# if I eat perfectly is all that is possible. It has been a life long struggle and I have gained and lost 80-100 pounds 6 different times - Since I have found running - the gain and lose is 20-40 pounds each winter / spring - better, but not great.<br><br>
Realistic Goal 185 by September 1st - Stretch Goal 175 by September 1st.
 
I have the same problem on weekends. Ugh.<br><br>
Who wants to come to Colorado and help me overhaul my kitchen? It needs help. Too much tempting junk.
