Hi everyone,
I'm happy to say that I'm not sore from yesterday's first good run in a long time , although my left knee yelped for a second when I went down the flight of stairs in the morning to walk the dynamic duo.

Today is ambulance duty and then work until 8pm so I won't have time to do a run. During lunch I may scoot over to the gym and do a 40 min weights workout unless some crisis intervenes (always possible in the library biz). I have gotten up to 30 secs on my planks but can't manage very many of them. Still, even a little improvement is cause for celebration, right?

DH took down the wreath I had put out, saying that he doesn't want any decorations up until at least December 1st. This led to a very interesting conversation last night, as I'm sure you can imagine.

Have a great day, all.
Susan
