Ha I am heading downstate to the wonderful thumb of Michigan for the weekend, and I would prefer everything to be "locked and loaded" so to speak. I really cannot be pulling up my pants everytime I get off the bar stool. There are too many weird characters that are there this time of year. I really get freaked out when some burly character looks at me like I am going to be dessert. It really pisses off my hubby, brother, and 4 brother in laws that I will be with. This never ends well.

LOVE THEM. They are super awesome!!! Fit and you know it is close to my favorite just because it is so funny. I was introduced by DH's brother about 4 or 5 years ago. They love all UK stuff. It starts with the 'football' and extends from there!

Sweet! Is this brother cute and single?

I actually got some of their stuff when I was in the UK last year (When I wasn't famous). They are fun! A bit chav, but fun!

Hey Colleen - I think that inside (so to speak) joke from the weekend kinda' got mixed in there with what's really a great accomplishment for you.

That is SOOOO awesome a feeling - I know what it's like (no, not the weird characters staring at me like dessert - just the having to keep pulling up the pants deal.) Congratulations to ya!

Okay- just sos you all know, leases - not too uninteresting stuff.

Yes, I live an incredibly jealousy invoking life.

Pinot Noir is also a good choice. TG is tough for picking out wine, because of the variety of foods.

Or you could just get some Thunderbird.

And if your turkey is thawing in the freezer, you may want to think about a new freezer.

I am making massive amounts of potatoes for two different TGs tonight. They will be very unhealthy, but the masses will enjoy them.

I told you that in confidence Man! Can't you keep a secret?

Good morning/afternoon gang

Ugh back to work after 5 days off.

Wasnt sure there for a bit yesterday when I was going to get home from Philly. Plane was late getting in and once we got on it, were told one of the toilets was broke and that we had to change planes. Two hours later we were off the ground and headed for home. Right before we left, one of the flight attendants came over the PA and asked if any of us had run the Philly Marathon the day before. I raised my hand and said I ran the HM. She replied, I have your medal. WTF? I put it in my bag. Well apparently TSA had a field day with my bag and left the two outer pockets unzipped and my medal fell out of one of them.

I feel pretty well for the most part 2 days post HM. My other hip is really sore but in a different sort of way from my right hip ( the troublesome one ) Im gonna head out for a walk today at lunch and see if things feel better.

I must say that after the HM and how I was feeling overall, it gave me a renewed enthusiasm ( that was the word that eluded my pea brain Sunday ) for running. I cant wait till I get the PT out of the way and get back to running.

QOY I dont have any special way of tying them. Most of the time they stay tied with a single not. But wouldnt you know it, Sunday I had to stop ( and about fell on my ass slipping on a metal plate ) and tie one of my shoes.
