Meeting with my advisor at school today to plan out next year. Good planning vibes would be much appreciated.<br><br>
Actually met him yesterday - first thing I notice, he's wearing a Gary Bjorkland T-shirt. Second thing - race numbers all over the wall under his window. This could be cool. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"><br><br><b>(((Scratch)))</b><br><br><b>Maples</b> - if your imaginary friends aren't there to support you when you need them, what's the point of having them?!

While you are dealing with the bullshit there just remember that soon, very soon, you won't be there! It should make it easier!<br><br>

Welcome to my world. It sucks but it pays the bills. Luckily I only do it on Tues, Thurs, Fri and Fridays traffic is usually light.<br><br>

So last night I went to <i>Liquid Learning</i> aka wine class. I tasted 16 different Zinfandel's. Prices ranging from $8 to $42. It was a lot of fun. We went to Jose Teja's before and had fish tacos with margaritas. Luckily I didn't have to drive, lol.<br><br>
These classes are way cool. The guys wasn't too stuffy, he was actually entertaining. Plus students get discounts on the wine that you taste. I picked up two cheap Zin's for thanksgiving (my parents just moved up from the box of wine stage so cheap is ok, now I just have to get them to stop putting ice cubes in the red), and two more expensive bottles for DH and I.

I can understand not having Osmonds in any dream. However, I can only understand not having The Manning (notice the word THE, that way Eli or the other doesn't slip in the dream) in <b>your</b> dreams. I know deep down you secretly want to be a Colts player.

What makes the Donny Osmond thing even funnier is that I was completely obsessed with him! (In second grade.) I was convinced I was going to marry him! And no, I didn't see <i>Family Guy</i>. Maybe Andrew was watching it in the other room and I heard it subconsciously? No, wait, he was in bed before me.

I am so not...I will not get near any shopping area next friday..I would rather drop a bowling ball on my padoobies<br><br>

I am staying at home today, called in sick. bah. I'm not 100% sick yet, just feeling like it's coming so I'm taking precautions and staying home and sleeping and drinking tea. The tea drinking has commenced (roobios, in case you were wondering) and as soon as I get DS off to school I will go back to bed. I've been taking Airborne every day and now I'm out, will have to stop after dropping DS off at school and get some more. I really don't have time to be sick you know. I'm hoping a good deep sleep will take care of things. Am I babbling? Sorry. I'll check in later after my nap.

Nice <b>QOD</b> Dom...I'm with you on skipping the whole Black Friday shopping experience. Fully expect that to show up in this season of 24: Jack needs info from some poor schlub so he drags him to the mall on that day as torture.

O and I forgot to say... <b>Maureen</b>, haircuts always seem not quite right at first but in a day or two will be just fine!<br><br>
I see the <b>QOD</b>. No. Never. I don't like shopping much to begin with, I have to be in the right mood. And I alternate years - one year I'll be a total Martha and make every damn thing right down to the gift wrap and the next year I buy everything online have them do the giftwrap and ship it to the recipient. I think this will be a year of all online shopping.

I am almost did the same thing. woke up feeling wretched.<br><br><b>also</b>, that fish toy is from Japan. Don't know if it is available here.<br><br><b>Crane</b> - I think I like your playlists the best. Aimee Mann, Ani and Bjork? woohoo!! Sounds like mine!

<b>QOD</b> - We don't actually give presents to anyone except the nieces and those are just little things so my mom and I go shopping the day after Thanksgiving but we go shopping for ourselves. We buy fabulous shoes, have lunch with sparkling wine and enjoy the atmosphere knowing that we have no pressure at all.
