6 must be the lucky number so far . . . I followed suit and did 6 untimed miles in beautiful New England weather. Who would have thought wearing a light long sleeve shirt and pants would be overdressing in Nov.?<br><br>
Anyways, has anyone ever had issues with their piriformis muscle before? Before my marathon, I had some issues in one side of my "buttox". Deep in the center of the old cheek. I thought it was due to running 6 laps on my street that has a big hill. After a week of taking it easy, it resided. Well after my marathon, it's been a pain in the ass since, so to speak. My upper hamstring on that side bothers me at times during runs too - not enough to stop. I've started trying to stretch some, but not sure if it's helping or hurting . . . any good stretches to recommend? Thanks!<br><br>
