Um, I mean, nice new avatar. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br><b>NQOD</b>: I only eat before morning runs if I'm going long. (12 miles or up, usually) Then I eat a cup of yogurt. I also usually eat yogurt before a morning race.<br><br><b>TV QOD</b>: Buffy. I could do without the bumpy baddies, but dayummm...Alyson Hannigan. Maybe I should start watching How I Met Your Mother.

So now you're telling me its not ok to pick beer at the snobby beer store (<b>hi <span style="font-size:x-large;">O</span>...happy day</b>) based on the pretty labels...cuz man. The schrimshaw in my fridge is great (and nearly gone....).

How's the balance with life?<br><b>Melanie</b> great race! (and great recap from the weekend thread!)<br><b>Hawk, Kriddie, KrisE</b> I have to go back and read RR's... I'm not even really a fan. I just have friends that work for teams...
