Got a Dr's appt with a back doctor scheduled. Great timing, the appt is the day before I leave for Philly. Who knows, if im lucky I might not be in pain by then anymore ( yeah right )<br><br>
Well I am off to the Y for some ellipitical miles.<br><br>
Love the beer talk. Never knew there were so many fruity/vegetable choices in beer. But then again when your not an ipa/beer snob you wouldnt know these things. Im getting my horizons expanded without even having to do much <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/occasion14.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="occasion5"><br><br><b>Llrancherberg</b> Thanks for sharing the pics!
