Winter: Thank you. p.s., this --> is the best

I hate my job right now.
That is all.

Oh fine. . .next you're gonna tell me there's no magic pill or shot. . .

AND that I'm unhappy with the number on the scale because I've made some poor choices and it's no one else's responisibilty but mine. . .

If there were a magic pill or someone else to blame for the number on the scale, I would know all about it and I would share the information. Not that I have given up on the magic pill being invented or the scale suddenly flashing a lower number instead of "tilt"

Oh, I forgot to add about the nutrition clinic: I thought it was very informative. It made me really think about how my food choices affect my performance with my running. I have to admit, though, I'm terrible at keeping track of what I eat, so I have to balance what I heard last night with the reality of me eating a cookie or ice cream or whatever when I feel like it.

I did learn interesting things about certain foods I eat (bananas, skim milk, etc) that maybe aren't the best pre/post run foods...

What it boils down to is this: I eat well, but I could eat better. But sometimes I don't want to. So I'll make do.

I's good. I just made up with my bestest friend in the whole wide world.

Howdy peeps! This is my first venture here today and there are 5 pages to read! :ack: I was up WAY too late last night and my workout suffered for it. I have a lot of reading and catching up to do. However, I did see the pics of Voo. Um, wow. That is all.

Hump day, eh? What are the rules of hump day?

Apparently bananas have fiber which could mess with your system. I like to eat a banana before I run. Now I need to notice if that affects my tummy, cause I never thought about it before...

I LOVE chocolate milk after a run. The guy giving the clinic hated the idea of the fat and sugar immediately after the run. I told him it's usually about 30 mins after (because of cool down and stretching, etc...) and I use skim milk and Light Hershey's Syrup to make it. He was more ok with my chocolate milk post-run when I told him that...

And thank you, too, Mary

I'll have chocolate sauce and sprinkles on mine, Please! And make it a double. Thanks!
