Did a great interval session on the TM today. 7 miles, inc 6X800 and warm up and cool down miles+. The 92* at 5pm forced me to run at the gym, but it felt good...<br><br>

I have to leave the house at <b>5am</b> tomorrow to head to Collingswood, NJ (near Philly, I believe) for my brother's FIL. He was a sweet man and I want to be there to support my SIL. But it's going to be a loooooong day.<br><br>
I did manage to fit in a to-and-back run to the gym (2.8 miles) + a really solid arm/leg/ab workout. I'm ready for an 8-hour nap!<br><br>

Well, Praecipua is the name of a star, and that's my avatar (though that's not why I picked the name). You could get a sun for <b>Solar</b>, and if we could convince <b>Moon</b> to get a Moon, we could be the moon, sun and stars. Cheesy, but I like it. Maybe for a day if that's not original enough.<br><br><br>
