I got out for a rough 10M+ tempo workout this morning. (Hi <b>boB</b>!) 2M easy, 18min tempo, 1M easy, 18min tempo, 2M+ easy, final pace 8:32. I nailed my paces on average, but the first one was nice and smooth, while the second was all over the map. Ugh. Headed for another 50M+ week.
