You get one 5 point bonus a week for reporting and since we started on Friday, the following Thursday would mark the first week.

Posting "took a day off" counts just as well, I think??? You don't have to actually train every day, just show up and say "hi!"

yes, I think if you just pop in and say hi, even if you took a rest day, that's fine. Although I recall the rule before being that as long as you posted on your exercise days only, that was also considered 'daily reporting' (i.e, you didn't HAVE to post something on your rest days). Additionally, if you were off line for a few days or over the wknd like some people are, as long as you came back and reported what you did each day, that was also fine. The idea was not to just pop in once a week and then report in everything you did and have that count as daily reporting.

so unless the New Commish has changed any of the terms of what constitutes "daily reporting" I believe the above pretty much defines what "daily reporting" means as far as earning that consistency bonus.

I didn't change any of the rules on the Daily Bonus, so it all still stands as posted above.

That said. I pretty much took a rest day yesterday. Wonky shin. Though I did end up walking 2 miles and stretching for 20 minutes. yey! 17 points for Team Be Aggressive!
