my mother's 61st birthday. After such a long and traumatic year, I'm so happy we're still celebrating her birthday and counting her years. The longer she fights her cancer, the longer the docs have to find some new drugs. She's strong...we'll have her around for a while, I think! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
I ran yesterday, my long run. 3-ish. I think I was a little shy of 3, but I ran for about 40 mins (I had Penny with me, so I was out for about 45), and I felt pretty good. I'm a little achy today though. I don't think I stretched enough. Rest day today, although I'm planning on walking at lunch...which isn't really rest, but we'll see if I really go.<br><br>
I slammed my shoulder into our front door yesterday, trying to keep Miss Trixie from darting outside and it hurts. Ouch.<br><br><b>Ebay update</b>: I think I caught everything before it became a problem. I'll keep an eye out though...and I think I'll call my bank and the credit reporting cos to let them know there might have been a breach. My bank stuff has new security measures and different passwords, so I'm thinking it's probably safe.<br><br>
