The weather here is scary. Like most everyone else in the area we had the snow last night but now it's 29F and raining turning this into a bad icestorm here. The ice is really thick on all the trees and they are starting to bend and some branches to break. I hope it warms up soon like they say it is going to. My biggest fear is losing power, especially since w/o electricity we have no heat and no water.<br><br>
TM and yoga planned for later. Think warm thoughts.

3.5mi on the TM consisting of 1mi warmup, 4 x 1/4mi intervals and 1/2mi cooldown. Yoga later. I so need it after trying to shovel some slush off the driveway and totally torquing my back. I'm too young to be old.
