I got the FIRST book for Christmas and it looks like a nice way to balance my running goals with my need to get in more time on the bike for duathlon season this summer.<br><br>
For the Boston Marathon, I'm sticking with the 70mpw Pfitzinger plan. His plans have worked well for me so far, and I can get some bike time in on recovery days or my 1 day off from running. After that, I think I'm going to give the FIRST plan a try. Let me know what you think of it once you get into the meat of the program.
