I actually have plans ... woohoo

heading out first thing Friday morning with a running friend I met at Mohican to do some trail running at Oilcreek State Park in PA ... scoping out the course I'll be running in October for my first 100k! hoping to get in at least 30 miles total between Fri and Sat ... we're camping out there and hoping to hook up with some local runners bright and early Saturday for a group run ...

but I have to head out of there by noon to be back home in time to work Sat evening ...

oh well ... make the most of what you got ... right? :)

other than that ... I'll be working my usual 5:30-close on Sat and 8:00 to 4:00 on Sun ...

what do you all have cooking?

Juan (on far left) and I (VTFU shirt) drove 4 hours to Oilcreek State park and ran 22 miles on trails in the heat and thru 2 wicked thunderstorms then camped all night (in thunderstorms) and we got up early this morning and met with the rest of the nice peeps in this pic for another group run .. Juan and I ended up running alone as the rest were mostly hiking and I had a strict timeframe I had to adhere to to ensure getting back to tear down camp and drive 4 hours home and make it to work on time!
