Happy birthday <b>Heather</b>.<br><br>
I did 60 min on the elliptical last night.<br>
I'm starting to think that I need to bring 2 t-shirts to the gym with me. Or lift <i>before</i> I do >45min cardio. It's like I went for a swim with my shirt on...
 
I know, and I know that the lifting releases more testosterone, which helps burn more fat, which makes the cardio more "effective"...<br><br>
...but when I lift first, I'm only motivated to do about half of what I have planned for my cardio...
 
<b>QOD</b>: I somehow missed it...I assume it's asking if we keep lists?<br><br>
Work:Only when things start to feel like they're getting out of control.<br>
Home:Groceries, errands/chores, and (the one I rely on most consistently) a travel list, to make sure I haven't forgotten anything.
