Hey everyone. I am headed out for my first bike-commute today. According to mapmyrun.com, it is around 11-12 miles each way. Then later we are doing Yoga...I am nervous about it, I have done videos at home, and I always get so relaxed, I have issues with **uhhum** farting...so I hope that they have some good fans in there...<br><br>
I will check in later with my exact distance on the commute, and times...Good runs everyone. I can tell Spring is coming...everyone is getting chatty... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
 
HOLY WIND BURN BATMAN!!!!!<br><br>
Well I rode to school, with light winds 15-20 mph...12 miles in 1:12:00, LOTS of hills, I am really going to have to re-evaluate my routes.<br><br>
Then my Test got cancelled....<br><br>
Then I rode home with Deadly winds easily 25-30 mph....all head winds of course...I decided to take an "Easier" route on the way home...well, I am a moron, it was 5Xhillier, and it was actually .66 miles farther...12.64 miles, in 1:33:20...I am exhausted...2167 calories burned...I am going to lay down...<br><br>
Total = 24.64, 2:45:44, average of 8.9 mph...top speed of 29.6 mph...<br><br>
Mile 4.6 - 5.2 went up a hill, from 926 ft up to 1394....<br><br>
My favorite workout is any one that i finish without hurting myself...But I especially like long runs.<br><br>
