It's warm and muggy here. T-storms are due later. I got 3.2 miles, plus about 0.5 walking (not quite planned but oh well).
 
Brandy- 1000 miles! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/notworthy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="notworthy"> I finally passed 100 miles for the year in the past week. (So nobody else better claim to be a slacker, I think I have that covered <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Laughing">)
 
I don't think that at all (and I doubt Bob did). Though I did have the same thought as Bob. At some point, don't your own particular mechanics force you into pacing within a particular range? What pace would be too slow for you to pace properly or comfortably given that you normally pace in the 3:10-3:20 range?
