Good morning, TEAM LIT!

MQ: I love TM Incline workouts! So hard but so rewarding, except when you look at the distance traveled :) I would do some crazy incline workouts when training for Mount Washington. Loved the sweatfest. Hope yours was just as good.

Reg: Nice to see you run outside!

Me...

6.2 mile run early this morning with the usual suspects. Added in two minute long max effort pickups with another guy.

Might try to get out for a double today at noon, as I am working from home, but I'll have to wait and see how my body feels -- illness pushing back in with joint stiffness and soreness in hips, knees and knuckles. So we'll see!

Great day, friends!

Julie - way to go, with all those strengthening workouts!
MQ - Good to use those un-used muscles and feel the pain :)

8.5miles, including 3mile x 2 at strength pace. Felt strong at about 8:00 pace. I think I am over the total fatigue phase.

D got accepted by her 2nd choice with the auditioned theatre program. But no merit $ to her disappointment. One more decision to go...

MQ - I'll take a look at the challenge, my butt lift still has a ways to go.
Julie - I'm playing around with whatever shows up on demand. I've done 5 different FX workouts plus 4 other ones. They definitely are solid workouts, so I'll keep using it every my free trial is up!

Short run (1.4?) this morning in between errands.

MQ, are those lunges per-side, or total? That looks kind of awful, I might be in. :)

Swam yesterday - 3K in the SCY pool. Total spaz with the paddles, managed to fling one off my hand mid-lap (don't ask me how) far enough that I had to stop and swim back for it.

Good question! No answer. :( I'd say we decide and go with that. I'm leaning toward per side.
I'll probably go with total, since I haven't done leg work in a looooong time, and if I'm too sore to ride and run, my coach will kill me.
