Back from my workout. Cold and 7:45am kept me on the treadmill this morning. However, I still had a great workout <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
2 sets of 5x600m- 75 sec rest; 3 minutes between the 2 sets.<br><br>
first 5 were all in 2:28 pacing thanks to the TM.<br>
second 5 were 2:28, 2:28, 2:27, 2:25, 2:22.<br><br>
Now I'm exhausted, eating oatmeal and drinking gatorade <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
