Love the shirt Geo! that is awesome! also cranky knees? is your saddle height correct? If mine is even a couple of cm short, my knees will bother me. not right away, but definitely after a few rides.

Wasn't sure what I was going to do today...was leaning towards a ride, but then DS asked if I wanted to go skiing, so swapped to a 2.3 mile run at lunch and then out on the lake. Happy to say got up on the first try and even made some good turns...but dang, for some reason my left arm was super tired, so made things a bit interesting. one lap and I was done.

Funny, Yo, didn't think about the "pool smell" until you said something...and yep, come to think of it, I do kind of miss it! lol

I’m sure water skiing takes lots of pit of your strength! Glad you had a fun.

Geo - glad you have totally caught up! Just a simple thing like seeing your coworkers or getting together for some run would make you appreciate what’s missing.

Rode to my home course/single track after work on my Pony. Then DH texted me he would be coming to ride. We met up and decided to swing by a local brewery... uhm we had only $20. That was just enough for two drinks and a basket of pretzel with cheese. Funny, the only restaurants we have been to so far are breweries. They are doing well with this outdoor seating thing 🙂. Total 1:55 ride.

Sounds like a good $20 investment, Yo!

26+ mile ride after work. I think the seat height is okay, although I did just swap out the saddle, so may be fractionally off. I'm actually wondering if it's something lingering from the trainer ... maybe grinding too hard up some of those virtual hills.... I might play with it a bit ... getting the bike tuned up soon, so maybe the mechanic (ex-racer) will have an opinion...

Geo.
